Oncogenetic Research

Cergentis supports oncogenetic research in various ways.

 

Firstly, the TLA technology provides the unique opportunity to sequence complete genes and detect all Single Nucleotide Variants and Structural Variants (including gene fusions) in oncogenes. 

 

Secondly, Cergentis' TLA analyses support the characterisation of transgenic models used in oncogenetic research (see Genetic Engineering).
