Cergentis’ TLA technology and Genedata software: efficient in-house data analysis for CHO cell line development

Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells are widely used in the development and production of recombinant proteins. Cergentis’ Targeted Locus Amplification (TLA) technology enables targeted complete next generation sequencing (NGS) of expression constructs and integration sites and is a cost-effective and high-quality alternative to conventional methods for (CHO) cell line development and quality control. Offered both as a service and kits, TLA is used in multiple stages in CHO cell line development, e.g. early stage clone selection, and enables the assessment of genetic stability of Master Cell Banks, Working Cell Banks and End-of-Production cells.

 

Genedata Selector® is a software platform of Genedata that allows researchers to manage and analyse genomic data efficiently and easily. Genedata Selector now includes TLA data analysis pipelines.
